I’ve seen a lot of tutorial on working with GDAL with Earth data, but not a lot for planetary data, Mars included. As I use GDAL a lot (and in need of reminder myself), why not write a how-to with Martian data.

Choosing E-Book Readers

It seems that a few years journey of owning e-book readers, which in themselves pretty uncommon in my circle, made me quite the “expert” in the field. Though my expertise definitely amounts to nothing compared to countless others in mobileread, my knowledge is apparently enough to at least give some views to the confusing start on e-book reader world for some of my friends’ question of “which e-book reader shall I buy”. I had always been interested in this phone since its launch, but the price point was the downside (400+ GBP was too much for a phone for me). Recently I’ve stumbled a post in Mobileread and XDA, saying that it’s been discounted to 100 GBP price point, which’s pretty rational, if I do say myself.

Tube x Zones x Map

If someone mentions London, other than all the royalties, Sherlock Holmes, and Big Ben, The Tube will be one of the word coming to your mind immediately. Of course, if you say “underground train”, other than Tokyo and New York, London Tube is definitely a brand by itself.
